SlimPRV - About the product
ICT system SlimPRV was developed as a complex solution of management and evidence in the operation of industrial companies. The system is connected with the economic software SlimOffice which is used for accounting and invoicing. SlimPRV focuses on monitoring the course of production, on planning particular activities in the frame of the whole production, on options of calculation and also on actual expenses of the particular orders. In the system, there is possible to follow the production from the first visit of a client, through calculation and bid sheet in different technological versions and quantities. It is also possible to store order details, to conclude a purchase agreement and to break down the production onto individual machines. The software also automatically creates material orders and checks and evaluates individual activities and overall expenses of the production until a delivery sheet is made and invoices are put into the economic system.
Safety
While creating the system, one of the main criteria was to secure accesses to program and data levels. This is secured by creating a strictly defined account for each user and by allocating individual access rights to the menu and tables. Furthermore, there was created a system of an individual access to the items or parameters where required. When a change is made by a given user, there is recorded firstly the date, time and the code of a user to the relevant item and secondly, there is optionally created a variation clause with each entry, so it is possible to trace back the complete data creation history.
System and technology connections
The system fully respects and uses the possibilities of new technologies, especially system functions of Windows platform. Furthermore, it is ready for interconnecting the technology production groups with the possibility of automatic data collection or direct data sending into these systems. With these qualities there is also related the readiness of electronic identification either by bar codes, RFID tags or chips. All this enables operation management and production monitoring in real time.
Intuitive control
Another significant criterion while creating the software was unified operating. All the data procuring, their processing, possible outputs were created on the basis of unified methods while controllers are described on the screen or it is possible to use interactive help. The system control is based on general rules of Windows system and a keyboard could be also used (most operations can be executed by pressing a particular combination of keys on a keyboard). If a user manages to operate one module, there is no problem to learn to operate another module.
Modular aspect, language adaptability and flexibility
The system is not a close compact unit but it consists of many individual modules which are mutually interconnected. Despite this fact, they can work independently. Clients define the layout of individual parts of the system on their own, its formation into the menu or they propose the output sets. The system enables using applications of the third parties (while respecting the internal rules of the system and the operation system Windows). The significant advantage is also an easy language localization which is based on the possibility to define different language levels. On the same basis, there arises an easy user modification ability of displayed fields both the definition of their description and also the format modification and possible hiding of the fields.
Interconnection of individual modules
However, the main power of the system lies in mutual interconnection of individual modules. In such a system, it is possible to condition one step by the previous step, to trace back e.g. complete costs for particular contract or to execute a great deal of analyses based on different criteria. Above the system, there is possible to build a data storage, data cubes and subsequently to use data in the form of reported tools MS SQL server or to present these ones on the intranet portal.
Comprehensive processing and register
The system deals with registers, data processing and data evaluation with respect to the needs of records and enterprise management. In the system, there is possible to follow the development of a particular contract from the first visit of a client, through calculation, concluding a purchase agreement, the way of the contract through production to the shipping, invoicing with a subsequent entering into accounts into the economic system where it is again possible to organize the documents of a particular contract, to print receivables including the development of receivables by individual documents and also create a summary or files with various choices (as per volume, agent and so on). The system is open for remote data procuring, their displaying and possible projection into analyses presented on the portal.

The main effect is a cost evaluation for a contract with subsequent comparing of intended costs from calculation. In this way, it is possible to evaluate contracts and also clients (as a whole) or individual businessmen and agents or production types.
